Bill Morgan was born in northeast Pennsylvania and attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He later attended the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree and Master of Law in Taxation.
After law school, Bill moved to Arizona from San Francisco to practice in the fields of estate planning and taxation. In 2009, he relocated to Boston to be closer to family, where he spent most of his time in public accounting focusing on sophisticated tax and estate issues surrounding high net worth clientele, whose net worth approached $500 million. Prior to joining Morris Hall, Bill worked for the largest estate planning and estate administration firm in Massachusetts. There he managed the estate administration department, administered trusts and estates, reviewed and filed estate tax returns weekly, and planned for estates up to $150 million.
In 2020, Bill joined Morris Hall with the desire to return to Arizona to continue assisting families and individuals protect themselves and their loved ones. Bill is committed to providing solutions and achieving the best results to preserve family legacies.
Bill is admitted to practice in Arizona, Massachusetts, and before the United States Tax Court.
